i truly enjoyed the staff, they are polite and courteous. the triple room is immaculate with nuts, a very comfortable bed and beers.

Amazing hotel with amazingly helpful personnel and absolutely stunning view of the beach. Well-kept rooms with comfy beds, a safe box, TV set, and a mini-fridge-bar. Large separate bathroom. Location just off Laoshan, the shoreline and parks, and the beach and sea. Also, on the ocean.

Our room at Hyatt Regency Qingdao - Stone Old Beach - Exhibition Center was well-appointed and top-notch, complete with central heating, a personal safe, and a flat-screen TV. the location was incredible and marvelous, being so close to the city's vibrant life and the beautiful shore of the sea in Qingdao City – perfect for enjoying the beach during the summer.

The room here is quite spacious, nicely furnished, and the bed feels like sleeping on a cloud. the location right by the beach adds to the charm.

I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable rooms at Hyatt Regency. The beds were luxurious and the view from the room was absolutely stunning. The bathroom was spacious and immaculately clean. I especially loved the magic glass feature in the bathroom, it was really cool. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The hotel's location right on the beach was perfect and allowed easy access to the beautiful shoreline. The city center was just a short taxi ride away.

The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to assist us. The hotel also provided free wifi, a fitness center, swimming pool, and free parking, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the location was perfect, situated on the Gold Sand Coast and providing a quiet and peaceful environment. We particularly loved being able to capture beautiful photos of the sunrise and the "Celebration of National Day" lights in the evening.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Qingdao for a week-long vacation. The location, right on the waterfront, was perfect. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me, despite my lack of Mandarin. They even helped with taxis and other logistics. The gym was excellent, and the breakfast spread was impressive, although I would have liked more vegetarian options. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. an amazing experience.

The hotel had free Wi-Fi throughout the whole property, and there were some snacks and tea bags in the room, which was a nice bonus. the location was great, close to the beach and near some restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the view from our room, it was breathtaking!

Our check-in was a nightmare, the staff made us wait for over an hour to get our room and did not communicate with us or offer an apology. the room had a stale smell that never dissipated, and the air conditioning was old and made a lot of noise.

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station, making it easy to explore the city center. Moreover, it offers a stunning view of the large sandy beach.

The lack of English ability and poor customer service mentioned by some guests left a negative impression.
